As a business to business service provider, Global Business Systems sees the professionalism of its staff as a key asset. Our personnel include:

Richard Andrews is our Customer Services Manager and has been with the company since 1986. A resident of Hertfordshire, his main interests outside work are (according to a close friend) cricket, cricket, curry and hockey. He is based at our London office. |

Steve Rogers joined Global in 1997 and was appointed Sales Manager later that year. Steve was himself a Global reseller for many years and has considerable experience of specifying and implementing systems as well as selling them. An active member of the Round Table and fly-fisherman, he lives in Northants and is based at our Bourne End office. |

Alan Goodwin joined Global in 1985 as a technical editor and has been Marketing Manager since 1994. A Londoner by birth and a keen amateur musician, he lives in South Oxfordshire. |

Alan Underwood is our Technology Development Manager, responsible for ongoing development of Global System Manager and its associated programming technologies. Alan has been with the company since its inception in 1981. A keen Chelsea fan, he lives in London. |

Maisie Hayes is an implementation consultant based at our Bourne End office, and has been involved in implementing Global systems for over 10 years. An inhabitant of Hertfordshire, she enjoys hill-walking, food and drink and listening to jazz and blues. Her ambition, needless to say, is to win the Lottery. |

Chris O'Keeffe is an implementation consultant and is also based at our Bourne End office. Chris joined the Global support hotline shortly after leaving college and honed his skills there for 4 years before moving into implementation. He lives in Buckinghamshire and enjoys cricket, football and music. |
