SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Global Business Systems and its resellers provide professional pre- and post-sales consultancy and implementation services, to ensure that your system delivers what you expect it to deliver. Data structures, management reports, software integration and paper or electronic output all receive skilled analysis. We provide training for user staff at all levels on-site or at our purpose-built facility in Bourne End.

Our software service operation delivers expert telephone, fax and modem support to a worldwide user base, using techniques which have been continuously refined since 1981. As well as providing regular software updates and technical bulletins, we run a program of funded enhancements which ensures that urgent modifications are delivered rapidly without de-stabilising the core product. Resellers and direct users have access to our web server for downloading the latest software, documentation and technical help.

Annual software service is priced at 17.5% of the list price of the software. Software service is compulsory for the first year after purchase, and strongly recommended thereafter.
