UPGRADING TO 3000

An increasing number of Global 2000 (aka "BOS") sites are upgrading to Global 3000. Among the features prompting this move are the greater depth of functionality available in 3000 (particularly in the distribution suite), enhanced configurability, the option to use industry-standard databases and ODBC connectivity, and Global 3000's more modern 'look and feel' (including an optional graphical user interface).

The upgrade process is now well-proven, with a toolset in place for uplifting both static and transactional data, tailored training courses for bringing staff rapidly up to speed, and commercial policies which make the changeover a cost-effective way forward.
